Unopposed Motion to Seal Court Records

In Boblitt v. BP Exploration & Production, Inc., 2024 WL 4956749 (M.D. Fl. Dec. 3, 2024), the court denied an unopposed motion to seal court records. In doing so, it followed a well-worn path. Plaintiff Boblitt moved for leave to file specific exhibits under seal. The exhibits supported his opposition to a motion of defendant BP for a protective order.
